Your root chakra is one of seven chakras or energy centers. Our entire energy anatomy includes these energy centers. The first is your aura or the sphere that surrounds your body. 2. See red
The beginning of root chakra cleansing and balancing is to see the color red burning brightly at the base of the spine, where this chakra is located. A thankfulness practice has so many advantages that I could write an entire book about it. If you don't have time for any of the other activities listed above, simply write down at least 5 things you are grateful for every day. It can be the most basic or even the most ridiculous things.

Earthy, root-based vegetables, high-protein foods, and red fruits are all good for your body. Eat foods that are simpler to digest; for example, instead of grains and meat, replace them with fresh vegetables and fruits. And stay away from the post-meal bloat! You should not feel overly full or heavy after you've finished eating.
It can be incredibly relaxing to spend simply a few minutes a day bringing mindfulness to your root chakra. Concentrate on a red ball of energy hovering over your root chakra.
