How To Open The Chakras With Meditation

How To Open The Chakras With Meditation

A chakra is a point in your body where energy flows. In the human body, there are seven chakras in all. That means that in order for you to be your greatest self, energy must flow across seven parts of your body.

Each chakra is linked to main glands or organs, which are linked to various bodily sections. Chakras that are open indicate that energy is flowing freely and that we are in good physical and mental health.

However, emotional upheavals such as a marital disagreement, a personal loss, or even an accident can cause these chakras to become blocked. A blocked chakra can cause physical, emotional, and spiritual health issues.
